Our returns promise
We want you to love your jersey. If something is wrong — a defect, the wrong item, or a damage from transit — we’ll make it right with no questions asked. For sizing or change-of-mind returns, we accept returns within 14 days under the conditions below.
What we’ll always refund or replace, free
- The wrong item arrived
- The jersey arrived damaged or with manufacturing defects (stitching, print, holes)
- The package was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
In any of these cases, email support@soccerkits.store within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — including original shipping. No need to return the faulty item.
Change of mind / wrong size
We accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues if all of the following apply:
- Request submitted within 14 days of delivery
- The jersey is unworn, unwashed, and odour-free
- All original tags are still attached
- Original packaging is included
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Sizing — please read first
These jerseys run smaller than official kits because they are made in China to Asian sizing standards. We strongly recommend ordering one size larger than your usual size. The full chest and length measurements in centimeters are on our Size Guide. Checking sizes before ordering saves everyone time and shipping costs.
Items we can’t accept back
- Customised jerseys (name & number prints added at your request)
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
- Items returned without tags, washed, or showing signs of wear
- Items damaged after delivery (not by us or the carrier)
How to start a return
Email support@soccerkits.store with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos (especially for defects or wrong items)
We’ll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
