Welcome to SoccerKits. By accessing or using our website soccerkits.store (“the Site”) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
SoccerKits is an online retailer of football jersey replicas. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any football club, national football federation, FIFA, UEFA, or any brand including Nike, Adidas, Puma or Umbro. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Product description
Our jerseys are high-quality unofficial replicas. We make every effort to describe products accurately, including the version (Fan / Player), fit, materials and sizing. Slight variations in colour and stitching may occur between batches and computer monitor displays.
3. Pricing and currency
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the site. We reserve the right to change prices, products and promotions at any time without notice, but changes will never apply retroactively to orders already placed and paid for.
4. Orders and payment
Once you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of your order but is not acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
- Product availability issues
- Errors in product information or pricing
- Shipping restrictions to your address
If we cancel your order you will be refunded in full within 5 business days.
5. Shipping
Shipping terms, costs and times are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss and title pass to you once the courier hands the parcel to you or your nominated recipient.
6. Returns and refunds
Our return policy, conditions and time limits are explained on the Returns & Refunds page. Statutory rights (such as those under EU consumer law) remain unaffected.
7. Customisation
Jerseys customised with a player name, number or other personalised printing cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is defective or the customisation differs from what was ordered.
8. Intellectual property
All website content — including text, layout, design and our SoccerKits logo — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish it without our written permission.
9. User accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoccerKits is registered. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
