How fast will I get my jersey?
Every order is processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time then depends on your shipping method and destination.
Shipping methods & estimated delivery
- Standard Shipping — 10–20 business days, tracking included
- Express Shipping — 5–10 business days, fully tracked
Exact delivery times vary by destination country and local customs processing. Remote regions may add 2–5 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, the weight of your order, and the speed you select. We frequently run free shipping promotions on orders above a minimum value — keep an eye on the homepage.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also paste your order number into our Track Order page at any time. Tracking events may take 2–3 business days to appear after dispatch — this is normal.
Customs & import duties
Most countries import our orders without any additional duties. In a few cases (typically high-value orders to Brazil, Argentina, or certain EU countries), your local customs authority may charge import duties or VAT. These charges are set by your government and are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your tracking hasn’t moved in 10+ business days, or it’s been longer than 30 business days since dispatch, email us at support@soccerkits.store with your order number. We’ll investigate immediately and, if the package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 4 hours of placing the order and we’ll do our best to correct it. We can’t change the address once the package has shipped.
